Non-patients wear masks at all times
There will be a Covid-19 questionnaire screenings
We will ask that you sanitize your hands during your screening
Call the office when you arrive & please stay in your car until instructed to enter
Only one legal guardian per family unless additional help is needed
Please arrive 5 – 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time
We will take your temperature upon entering our office
Call to reschedule your appointment if anyone in your household has felt sick within the past two weeks
