Our office will accept and file all dental insurances. However, it is the caretakers responsibility to determine in network and out of network status. Our office will provide estimates for services rendered, but please understand this is only an estimate. It is the caretakers responsibility to know and understand their insurance as we do not have the resources to know all the intricacies of each patient’s insurance. It is not possible for us to know every exception, downgrade and deductible that may need to be met for every insurance. This is the caretakers responsibility.
